A domain-independent governance layer. The same five signals run across third-party risk, financial-sector resilience, AI systems, and defense supply-chain security — with no change to the signal model. The domain changes. The verification pattern does not.
EVE is not four products. It is one signal layer applied to four markets.
Compliance regimes ask the same structural questions in different language: did an action stay within declared authority? Was the declared approval chain satisfied? Were all applicable controls evaluated? Did individually acceptable events combine into an unacceptable outcome? Did minor events accumulate past a declared threshold? EVE answers these as deterministic signals — each following one pattern: a declared rule, observed activity, deterministic evaluation, a human review gate, and a sealed, cryptographically verifiable decision record. The five signals were built once. They now run across four domains with zero new detector logic per domain.
